No. I am not confortable when friends tagged their friends. We are not doing MLM (multi-level-marketing) and we are not marketing our friends like products.
Am I being selfish? No. There are reasons for everything. I have gone thru such phases in life and it's doing more bad than good.
- Circle of friends become bigger.
- It will be more difficult to control.
- It's not easy pleasing everyone in a large group.
- It's difficult to adjust to the same frequency to suit each individual.
- Large group may splits into sub-groups, sub-cultures, cults...bla..bla..bla..hence there will be less cohesion.
- Group relationships will become tense.
- This is all about honouring friendship, not about how many friends you are able to recruit.
- There are feelings to care. There are trusts to honour.
- Smaller groups doesn't means less fun. Bigger groups have bigger problems.
- Real friends are like treasures. They are not like Facebook. When you don't like them, you can delete them from your friend's list.
Sit back and ponder. Trust me. It will do you good.
