Seperti berbulan-bulan lalu dijadualkan , siri blog Belachan Tumbuk dah pon sampai ke penghujung nyer.

Isssh..memang cepat sungguh masa berlalu. Sejak dari post yg pertama, diam tak diam, dah sampai ke post yang ke-195. Setahun lebih blog aku nie berada di alam maya. Rasa sebak ler nak tutop tirai.

Aku betol seronok sekali mengendalikan Belachan Tumbuk tetapi, biarlah ianya berakhir disini dgn segala inti ceritanya tersimpan menjadi satu kenangan. Seperti siri-siri blog aku yg lain, Belachan Tumbuk adalah sebuah blog yang sungguh istimewa bagiku dengan cerita-ceritanya yang tersendiri.

Dalam masa setahun nie, banyak jugak cerita yg telah aku kupas. Dari hal-ehwal semasa, ekonomi sejagat, hal-hal politik, kisah perjalanan hidop aku, kisah kawan2 sekeliling aku...hmmm...kira mcm2 ahh..

Ader cerita sedih, cerita bodoh, cerita mentel, cerita yg teramat-amat serious, telah aku kongsi ngan korang. Aku berharap benor ler korang terhibur dgn coretan aku yg kekadang aku rasa mcm mengarut tuu...hahaha!

Tapi yg penting skali, message yg ingin aku terapkan dpt memberi sedikit manfaat kpd pembaca blog aku. Terimaksih ajer ler...

Penghargaan juga kepada bloggers di luar sana yg telah sudi 'meng-link' Belachan Tumbuk di dalam blog-blog mereka. Tak secara langsung, blog aku dapat FREE publicity satu dunia. :D

Terimakasih jugak kepada yg sudi memberi feedbacks kepada aku. Ader yg baik dan membina, ader yg marah2 kat aku, ader yg terasa jerlus, ader sampai kutok aku berbakol-bakol! hahaha...

Walobagaimana pon, aku tetap terima segalanya dgn hati yg terbuka. Itu menunjukkan ramai yg prihatin dgn segala apa yg aku paparkan disini. Aku pon seorang manusia biasa yg tidak pernah sempurna dan mempunyai kelemahan tersendiri.

Segala coretan disini adalah ikhlas dtg dari kacamata hati aku. Oh ya, ader juga yg tanyer sama ader cerita yg aku lampirkan tu kisah benar ke??

Wahh...soklan cepumas nie...hehe! Cerita2 disini adalah kisah benar dan betol terjadi disekeliling aku dan juga pada diri aku. Tapi ader orang kater aku tulis mcm 'crypto language' jer, tak paham langsung! Ehehehe...ya, mmg banyak secret codes kat sini. Pepandai ler korang decrypt setiap 'Da Vinci' code aku tuu...huhu!

Kini, Belachan Tumbuk telah sampai kemuncak dan akan melaboh tirai buat selama-lama nyer.

Dengan akhir kater, semoga kiter berjumpa di lain waktu dan kesempatan, jaga diri korang baik2 okey. Jgn nakal2 dgn kawan2. Hormat ibu bapa dan jgn sesekali lupa siapa diri kiter ini. Kalo ader duit lebih tu, jgn lupa sedekah kat masjid.

Sehingga dari itu, salam perpisahan dari aku....Wassalam.

Ooohooiiiiiiiii......Selamat Berhari Minggu sumerrrr!

Walaopun banyak perkara terjadi beberapa hari yg lalu, tapi aku malas lah nak blog. Antaranya, aku terima berita-berita kematian, bola cancel pasal pitch takde, aku gie tengok theatre kat substation, aku gie karaoke dgn gengz, aku gie banglo kat Pasir Ris pasal nak cari hantu...bla...bla..bla...

Banyak sangat ler cerita aku nak blog. Hari nie aku mintak rehat bole?

Sementara kiter berehat sejenak, jom kiter dgr lagu nie....ehehehe!

Projek Rentak

Minggu nie kira rabak jugak ahh. Ader ler brapa hari yg lalu aku tak sempat nak tido terus.

Ini sumer gara2 si Fangface nak sangat masok pertandingan lagu Projek Rentak anjuran Radio Warna 94.2, Ria 89.7 & Compass tuu..

Maka terpaksa ler aku berperah otak mencipta lirik lagu yg bakal kami pertandingkan. Melody lagu tu memang lama telah disiapkan. Malahan sejak bulan Marc lalu, dia dah kasi music score dan suruh aku buatkan lirik.

Tapi, paham2 ajer lah...aku nie teramat ler busy sampai takde masa nak dok mendengar lagu tu. Buat lirik lagu nie bukan senang oii..Nak kena waktu mlm sunyi baru ilham dtg. Sebab tu skrg waktu mlm aku jarang tido. Nak tunggu ilham datang bergolek (kononnyer lerr tu...)

Cara aku cipta lirik lagu...

Memula aku nak kena dgr irama minus one lagu berkenaan. Serasikan melodi dlm jiwa supaya dpt tangkap mood. Pastu bayangkan sebuah cerita bagi lagu tuu.

Kisah sedih ke, kisah putus cinta ke, kisah perjuangan ke, kisah kena sawan ke, kisah kena lottery ke...ntah apa-apa lahh. Bila gambaran tu dah dpt, then baru mula lah buat senikata.

Pastu, nak kena sepadankan dgn lenggok irama. Ader lirik tak ngam dgn bunyi lagu. So, nak kena ubah suai susun kata supaya 'fit' dgn melodi lagu. Nak kena pandai bermain dgn bahasa dan kekata seiras. Habis sumer Dewan Kamus aku bongkar kluar dari laci.

Lagu untuk pertandingan...

Tapi, lagu yg bakal kita tandingkan nie, sebenarnya sebuah lagu Inggeris kami, yang bertajuk 'Silent Whisper'. Lagu dan lirik omputih diciptakan oleh Fangface sendiri.

Oleh kerana kesuntukan masa, kerana tarikh tutop hantar borang penyertaan ialah pada 12 June 2009 ini. Kita ader lebih kurang 2 minggu lagi utk siapkan demo lagu tuu.

Maka lagu yg dah sedia ader, kami gunakan dulu. Tapi pertandingan nie utk lagu melayu jekk. So, aku terpaksa ler buat lirik lagu melayu.

Hehehe...korang ingat senang ke? Bahasa melayu aku nie dah lama berkarat. Kalo dulu waktu sekolah tu, bahasa melayu aku bole lah selalu dpt A1. Tapi skrg....huhu. jgn ler kao tanyer lagi. Kao tgk jer blog yg aku tulis nie. Spelling pon hancur berterabuh!

Aku ambil masa 2 hari utk siapkan lirik lagu tu dan 1 hari lagi utk masuk kan vokal. Aku kena buat vocal recording sendiri dlm bilik aku, pasal tak sempat nak masok studio. Fangface request aku nyanyi lagu nie utk pertandingan. Nak try dgr sesuai tak dgn melody, cerita dan genre lagu kami.

Track mastering...

Fuhh...buat mastering nie bukan kejer senang derr..Baru aku tahu kenapa penerbit album kekadang makan 1-2 tahun baru album siap. Lengitttt dokkk! Nak tgk bola Man Utd lwn Barcelona pon tak sempat tu hari...

Pasal satu lagu nie, aku kena nyanyi nak dekat 30 kali untk 2 malam. Pastu, mixing dgn track. Lepas tu edit aper2 yg patut. Tambah FX supaya lagu ader effects sikit. Pastu control mixer balance. Timing lagu, kawal volume...bla..bla...bla..

Cool Edit Pro Ver2

Utk recording dan mixing, aku pakai softwar Cool Edit Pro Ver2. Kire software yg paling simple dan senang utk buat nie. Terkial-kial jugak ler belajar dan explore mcm mana nak jadi sound engineer.

Akhirnya, selpas 3 hari, 3 mlm, lagu tu pon siap. Aku dah convert to mp3 dan pass kepda budak2 band aku. Aku nak suruh dia dgr dan comment sikit. Mungkin during post production nanti musti tukar lagi...lerrr.

Platini expects "unpredictable" and "beautiful" final

UEFA president Michel Platini has reassured Manchester United and Barcelona fans that security arrangements for Wednesday's Champions League final in Rome are under control, paving the way for a "beautiful game".

More than 67,000 fans are expected today in the Italian capital, while 5000 police officers will be on hand to make sure things run smoothly in the Eternal City.

Platini, speaking at Rome's Tor Vergata University where he was honoured with the Ethic award for sport, said: "All is under control, we don't have any security concerns.

"The Stadio Olimpico is beautiful and now let's pray (that all goes well)."

Platini expects a great final between two sides that have made headlines this season.

Barcelona go into the game having won the Primera Liga title and the Copa del Rey, while reigning champions Manchester United recently celebrated winning the Premier League.

Assessing the match Platini said: "It's useless to make any predictions.

"Football is unpredictable and then Barcelona and Manchester United are two very strong teams.

"Without a doubt it's going to be a beautiful game."

All about blogging...

Aku tersengeh-sengeh biler terbaca blog dia. Saper ler sangka ader jugak peminat yang setia membaca setiap blog yang aku tulis nie...peewiittt!

Aku mengenali Sharina pada tahun 2007. Ketika itu aku masih mengendalikan siri blog CENCALOK. Since then, she has been an avid reader of my blogs. One sweet day, she introduced herself at skype, and that was how this beautiful friendship started. The rest is history....

I am deeply flattered to know she enjoys reading what I have shared. What truly moves me, it actually motivated her to start a blog of her own. And she did!

It was that sense of fulfillment, when you realised something that you did, has brought inspiration to someone, in your lifetime. After that, nothing else really matters.

Equally, she has shared me many things in life thru her words of wisdom.

'Living With Imperfections' - It's her blog title that first strucked me awe. She explained that we are all imperfect. Therefore, there's nothing we could change, but to live and make the best out of it. Then recently, that very beautiful phrase is use to describe one TV advertisement, promoting family values and love. As far as I am concerned, the whole thing did not come from Yasmin Ahmad. It came to me first from Sharina, few years back.

'Knowing too much kills a relationship' - It was when she shared her plight and her love experience. How it started and how it ended. There are reasons why certain things are forbidden from your knowings. There are reasons why some things are to be left unsaid. There are reasons why things meant to be kept as secrets. Because, all you know, these are things that will only hurt and kill a beautiful relationship.

Above all, she is genuinely down-to-earth and a great 'philosopher'. A very mature and sensible person to converse with. A great listener and a wonderful chatting buddy. We have shared many great topics together and we certainly have learnt a lot thru each other. Honestly, she's a genius that taunted me with many thought provoking questions.

Appreciate all your comments and feedbacks. I certainly hope this friendship never ends.

Ahhh...at last things are going back to norm just like the good ol' days and it feels great! And I hope it stays that way...

Glasses of teh tariks, nasi sambal gorengs, gerek lepak kakis and dozens of laughters, really rejuvenates after a week of agonies..yeahh baybehh!

From 7pm to 10.30pm with 3 rounds of teh tarik, I think that has to be the longest teh tarik session we've ever had since...errmm...I've forgotten ahh! But yes, it has been wayy too long to remember!

Many matters discussed, great conversations had, ideas exchanged, taboo topics brought up, funny jokes shared and quality time spent!

Really enjoyed the company. Welcome to C.o.G guys!

So what next? Ahh...Rizan, kao gie plan cepat!

Things getting busier now...

Oh gosh! Things are up and going like crazy. It's datelines, after datelines, after datelines....

Baru jer set up appointment with Yvonne esok. 3 projects sekali gus nak discuss. Aku tak tahu brapa lama nanti meeting will drag. She gave me all the projects
schedules. Biler run thru, aku rasa, tahun nie tak bole cuti melancong / melencong ler. Packo siottt!!

Semalam jer dah overnite tak tido. Mlm nie, overnite lagi. Besok bangun pagi nak rush update schedules. Pastu afternoon meeting kat client's office. Balik meeting sambung kejer lagikk. Friday drawings nak kena siap...adusss! Kalo ler aku ader 8 tangan, 2 kepala...huhu.

Jumpa si Hidayat kejap tadi petang. Dia pon tgh busy giler. Aku nak tanyer if Mas tgh busy tak skrang. Ader project banglo nak kasi dia ahh..Tak terlarat nak buat lagi nie. Aku dah kira manpower needs. Rasa2 nak ader 2-3 orang handle nie project. Aku nak kena coordinate kat site. So, tak sempat ler nak run thru drawings.

Next week, dah kena turun site buat visual checks. Lepas tu draft plans for vetting dgn owners. Confirm banyak changes during first few phases. Tu yg makan masa nak buat. Tukar nyer berkali-kali.

Walo bagaimanapon, aku terpaksa jugak ader kan waktu, pasal Yvonne nie client aku yg best skali. Tak banyak colok kalo pasal duit. Kekadang aku segan nak charge dia mahal sangat utk service aku. As long dia happy dgn kejer aku sudah. Itu lebih penting kalo kiter lihat dari sudut bisnes.

Hmmm...dia tanyer aku, biler nak expand bisnes lagi? Aku rasa lom lagi ler. Dengan ekonomi yg tgh semput nie, agak risky ler nak invest. So, aku masih mengekalkan strategi lama walopon keadaan dah bertukar corak.

End of 2009 will be the time to watch. Banyak decision nak kena buat. Kalo ekonomi shows signs of perking up, then aku berani take risk. Dulu aku take risk jugak mcm gini ler. Akhirnya beribu duit aku rugi.. :(

Last week lak, makcik aku kat JB tanyer nak join venture food business tak? Alaaa...wrong timing ler. Aku blom ader masa nak fikirkan hal tuu. Tunggu aku turun Pulai ler nanti. Skrang nak berak pon takde time!

Why people hate Man U, and why I love Liverpool

Firstly, let me congratulate Manchester United’s manager, players and fans on finally matching our record of 18 top flight league titles. If I didn’t do that then I might sound a little bitter throughout the rest of this article, because what I’d like to do secondly is establish why it is that people hate Man United as a club so much – and no, it isn’t ‘just because they win’, contrary to what you might think.

Obviously, Liverpool fans hate United because they’re our biggest rivals and have been for many years; but the hatred levels shown towards Chelsea, Everton and Arsenal are nothing compared to the animosity we have for the Mancs. Absolutely nothing. There are so many reasons for this that to attempt an exhaustive list would be futile, but taking a few of the most recent and nauseating instances of United’s extreme arrogance and hypocrisy might allow us to explore the hatred just a little bit.

A few weeks ago was the 20th anniversary of the Hillsborough tragedy, and say what you will about Liverpool fans, Heysel, and all of the other historically controversial moments which have shaped this club, there can be no denying that, for those few April days, respect and solidarity were owed to those who lost loved ones on that day. It was a beautiful week in many ways, with a moving ceremony and a lot of very kind, thoughtful words being said by people up and down the country, even those not normally involved in the footballing world.

At the same time, Alex Ferguson was preparing to launch a pre-meditated and public attack on Rafael Benitez’s moral standards. It concerned the infamous ‘gesture’ Rafa made to Xabi Alonso after the midfield playmaker apparently ignored his manager’s instructions to play a free kick short. Was Ferguson there in the dugout, was he even at Anfield? No. Did the incident concern him or his team at all? No. Did he have any evidence that Benitez meant the gesture as an arrogant ‘game over’ signal aimed at Allardyce and Blackburn? No. Did Allardyce say anything about the incident until Ferguson raised the matter? Did he mention it in his post-game drink with Sammy Lee? Did the TV cameras show Benitez to be targeting his opponents in any way?

Did Sam Allardyce once bring a reserve keeper on to play up front in an FA Cup game that he judged his Bolton side to have already comfortably won? Yes, he did.

Allardyce is a disgusting person but by far the worse of the two evils here is Ferguson. He said that Benitez had shown ‘contempt’ for his opponents with the gesture. Well, let’s talk about contempt Mr Ferguson.

Do you think that nobody is watching when you run around like a drunken hooligan, waving your arms and swearing at the 4th official just because a decision didn’t go your way? What about your team’s nasty and well-known habit of surrounding the referee? What about your assistant’s accusation last year that the referee of your FA Cup game against Portsmouth was bent, just because he didn’t give you the decisions that you wanted? What about your deliberate lies to the media about your club’s level of spending compared to Liverpool’s? What about your childish refusal to speak to the BBC on account of the fact that they included your son in a documentary about dodgy agents? Not to be forgotten was your refusal to fulfil your media obligations to Sky Sports – the company responsible for the wealth of your club – because they dared to insist that one of your games be played at 12.45 instead of 3 o clock (this was in accordance with official police recommendations).

And last week, after your side scored a late goal against Wigan, your player Patrice Evra made a gesture which – and this time it was certainly clear – was meant to mock Benitez and imply that the league was ‘all over’. By the way, the league wasn’t over at that point – the Mancs needed Saturday’s bland 0-0 home draw to Arsenal to confirm that. Contempt? Anyone?

Ferguson has been anxious about Liverpool this year. He made remarks earlier this season which ruled us out as serious contenders, despite our strong start. Benitez stepped in soon after and gave his legendary Ferguson lecture, a moment which has wrongly been labelled a rant and which, actually, revealed an awful lot of truths concerning the ‘untouchable’ status that the United manager has deliberately built for himself over his many years in charge. We proceeded to push United to the 37th game of the season, beating them twice, scoring more goals and losing fewer games, leaving them to rely on some excellent defending and some dubious refereeing decisions to win the league.

They won the league because they managed to nick goals in the home games which saw us drawing. They got more points over 9 months and they are therefore rightly champions. But when Benitez beats them to the title next year, it will be every bit as impressive an achievement as Ferguson’s first title win with United – if not more so. Ferguson has a centre back who cost more than our entire defensive squad put together; he has a £30 million striker in Berbatov, a £27 million striker in Rooney and the ability to spend £30 million combined on young lads like Anderson and Nani. Benitez meanwhile has built a team out of dependable players like Alonso, Agger, Skrtel, Reina, Kuyt and Riera without spending small fortunes on each one. His record signing, Torres, was only £20 million and has been much better value than Berbatov. Mascherano, at £18 million, is better than both Carrick (£15 million plus) and Hargreaves (£18 million plus).

Nobody seems to give Rafa the credit he deserves for simply managing to build a title-challenging side at a time when Ferguson is cash-rich and well-established and Chelsea have Russian billions in the bank. Liverpool also manage to play quite nice football – something else that the commentators tend to ignore. We’re no Barcelona but we’re certainly better than Chelsea to look at.

Football in general is not enough to make me angry; it’s the characters and forces involved in the game which get me livid. If Ferguson and United’s behaviour had been different, even for this one season, I’d have accepted them winning the title in a much more gracious fashion. But as it is, their lack of humility and respect for others just drives me on; along with a love of Liverpool FC, it’s what keeps me going, keeps me paying for my season ticket every year. We’ll get that title back from Man United next season, that’s what I believe; and when we do it, it will be as respectable, popular champions, and our manager will show anything but contempt in victory. But – and this is the key - even if we don’t win, all of the respect and honour will still be on our side.

And that’s why I’m proud to be a long-suffering Liverpool fan.

Manchester United akhirnyer dianugerahkan mahkota Juara Liga buat 3 tahun berturut-turut.

Sebaik saja whistle tamat ditiupkan dgn keputusan seri tanpa gol ketika menentang Arsenal tadi, dada aku tetiba terstop...

Itulah satu-satunyer harapan aku utk menyaksikan Man Utd kalah lagi so that, Liverpool ader harapan angkat juara..tapi..err...ah sudah lah..jgn kao sebut lagi!

Pagi tadi aku bangun. Hujan lebat. Aku masok bilik air. Aku tengok cermin muka. Aku nampak muka aku. Aku terus menjerit sekuat-kuat nyer!!!!!

Ader 2 jerawat skrg. Satu kat bawah kening, satu kat tepi hidung. Nasib baik tak tgh hidung..Kalo tak dah jadi mcm hidung badut...Besar kaler RED!

Jerawat aku sungguh obvious sekali. Tadi kat masjid, sumer kawan2 aku teguh pasal jerawat aku besar dan kaler RED!..huhu

Perkara yang tak sepatutnya terjadi, dah terjadi. Abes, nak salah kan saper sekarang?

So, aper nak buat? Ikutkan ajer? hmmm...makin stress kalo terus nak ikotkan rentak. Selama nie, aku pendam sendiri ajer dgn kemelut yg terjadi. Yelah, takde saper aku nak mengadu. Aku takot, kalo aku beritahu yg lain, nanti aku di kater emo sangat.

Tapi, dia org nie tak sedar bahawa pekara dah banyak menyeleweng. Lagipon, intergrasi dah tak nampak lagi. Mcm dah tak bole control pon ader. Aku sedih lah. Perkara mcm nie tak harus berlaku.

Ader juga dlm perbincangan-perbincangan dgn orang-orang tertentu, aku menyelitkan perkara ini. Agak terkejut juga apabila mereka menyuarakan pendapat yg sama. Jadi, bukan aku sorang lah yg terasa kemelut ini? Mereka pon terasa ader yg tak kena, tapi terpaksa memendam rasa juga.

Nampak macam ader harapan untuk kembali ke keadaan asal. Kalo yg bersekongkol dgn aku bersetuju, maka aku akan buat perubahan sebelom keadaan bertambah buruk dan mejejas yang lain.

Itulah jalan yang sebaik-baik mungkin utk menyelamatkan keadaan kemelut dimuara ini.

ps: Apa yang bakal aku lakukan, adalah untuk kesejahteraan semua pihak.

70an gerek!!!

Korang perasan tak, kalo zaman 70an dulu, amik gambar musti gaya tangan pegang tembok ler, pegang dinding ler, diri tepi pokok bunga ler, sebelah TV ler, sebelah radiogram ler, sebelah piring astro ler...eh??..dulu mana ader astro ek?! hehe..

Ini lah gaya aku bergambar pada zaman 70an dulu....peewwiiiittt!!! Ketika nie aku di umah nenek aku kat Kampong Melayu, Kaki Bukit, Jln Eunos, Singapura.

Masa tu hari minggu malam. Aku dah siap nak balik ke Johor. So, sempat ler bergambor kejap tepi dinding pasal abah aku nak kasi abes kamera filem dia.

Aku pakai sluar 'bell-bottom' atas pusat! (abah aku yg jahitkan). Abah aku memang terror menjahit. Dia lagi terror menjahit dari mak aku..huhu! Time dulu, kira dah stylo ahh pakai sluar mcm gini. Baju T-shirt yg aku pakai tu beli kat Pasar Geylang...hehe.

Waktu: 6.35pm

Talipon kantor ku berdering lagi. Aku masih sibuk bergelumang dgn kerja-kerja di pejabat. Aku mengangkat ganggang.

"Hello? Assalamualaikum, Abang ke tu?" kedengaran suara lembut dari corong talipon. Aku menyambut salam beliau. Suara yg telah sekian lama tidak kedengaran.

Bermulalah sesi perbualan antara aku dan dia. Bertanyakan khabar berita dan keadaan masing-masing. Suaranya tetap ceria seperti dulu. Beliau meneruskan perbualan menceritakan hal-hal hidup yang beliau lalui.

Hingga ke satu tahap, beliau melafazkan sesuatu kepada aku. Apakah aku masih lagi mengingati diri beliau. Agak pincang utk aku memjawab pertanyaan itu. Ianya akan menyentuh perihal hati dan perasaan sekali lagi. Aku cuba mengelakan diri ini dari menyentuh pertanyaan-pertanyaan sedemikian. Ternyata beliau masih tidak mampu melupakan diriku ini, walaupon setelah 3 bulan lamanya.

Tanggapan ku tenyata benar. Dia masih mengharapkan balasan kasih dari aku. Tiada lelaki lain yg dpt bertahta dihatinya. Hatinya itu masih diperuntukan kepada diriku seorang. Aku masih tertanya-tanya mengapakah diriku ini begitu istimewa untuknya?

Maafkan aku. Sekali lagi aku tidak terdaya utk menerima cinta mu. Terimakasih kerana memuji diriku selama ini. Biarlah kita hanya menjadi sahabat yg setia.

Waktu: 7.40pm

Aku meletakan ganggang talipon. Tangisannya dihujung talian masih kedengaran lagi.
